Ken Christiansen, Founder and CEO
Ken leads the implementation and support of Salesforce-native accounting and operational systems that help SMB firms improve margins and scale with discipline. He is known for designing back-office solutions that balance financial accuracy with operational insight, supporting informed decision-making across the organization.
Ken brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience as a CFO and COO across startups, high-growth companies, and business turnarounds. His work includes driving sustained revenue growth, improving profitability, and implementing ERP solutions on Salesforce, Oracle, and PeopleSoft. He holds an MBA in Finance and is recognized for translating strategic intent into practical, repeatable execution.

Mark Hansen, Ph.D., VP, Client Technology Solutions
Mark designs scalable, well-architected solutions that support complex accounting, financial, and operational workflows. He is a client-focused technologist, known for building cost-effective systems that prioritize business results. His solutions are reliable, auditable, and practical for day-to-day operations. Mark enjoys developing long-term relationships with clients based on mutual success in the Salesforce and Accounting Clouds. His work includes ERP and financial system integrations, revenue forecasting platforms, and end-to-end business process automation for accounting firms, SaaS companies, nonprofits, and financial services organizations. He has founded and successfully exited two IT companies and holds a Ph.D., MBA, and advanced degrees in mathematics, along with multiple Salesforce certifications.
When not working on technology, Mark is a dedicated runner, having recently completed his second NYC marathon. He is also an avid downhill skier and fly-fisherman. Like Ken, he is a proud Norwegian.
John Benza, VP, Business Development
John leads partner and market-facing initiatives focused on Salesforce-native accounting and operational solutions. He brings a relationship-driven, practitioner’s perspective to helping organizations adopt systems that improve financial clarity, consistency, and scale.
John’s background spans partner strategy, business development, and operational leadership. Prior to joining augeō, he served as Director of ISV Partners at Accounting Seed, working closely with implementation partners across the Salesforce ecosystem. Earlier in his career, John led finance and operations for a large nonprofit organization and was himself a client of augeō giving him firsthand insight into the customer experience. At augeō, John is seeking to build long-term mutually beneficial relationships grounded in trust and transparency.
