Tori was a key contributor to “Business of the Year” awarded by the Arkansas Business Magazine. She implemented SOP and automated accounting procedures at Ponderosa Petroleum, as their Finance Controller. Additionally, she led the implementation and training of the Spanish Izaro ERP platform solution.

Melissa has 17 years of accounting experience with most of her time spent in a Controller role for a large Investment Bank where she managed the month-end close, quarterly and annual reporting, controls implementation, and process improvement in a team environment. She has also had 3 years of project implementation experience, and some experience with smaller businesses, handling tax preparation and payroll. Melissa is also a Certified Public Accountant.
On a day-to-day basis, Melissa is the Controller for several augeo clients and also manages the Accounting Program product for all of augeo.

Justin became a Controller at augeō in 2022 after spending 10 years of working in finance at a small nonprofit hospital in Michigan. During his time at the hospital, he was able to help identify new revenue growth and implement better financial reporting resulting in 500k in annual provider reimbursement.
